It's never bad to ask for help.
It doesn’t make you weak.
It doesn’t mean you’ve given up.
Everybody needs help at some point. Life is hard, in so many different ways. And we all have to go through that. Sometimes we’re ashamed of how horribly we’re doing. We feel like we should have known better. That we deserve these horrible feelings we have.
Well you don’t. And there’s absolutely no shame in asking for help. If it’s just a friend hugging you, or someone playing a game with you. Anything that would help you, just ask for it. Tell the other that you just need someone right now, and don’t you dare think that makes you any less of what you are.
Because we all need that little help. That little extra push.
So stop holding it back. Go get the help you deserve.

I am a sucker for hip hop from a female perspective and this song is a perfect fix. Not only does the beat make it impossible for you to resist bobbing along even in the most public atmospheres (I listen to this song on the bus too often).
